Join us for a tour of Cedar Creek Farm and their meat shop on Wednesday, May 18. We will meet at the farm at 10:30 am. We will take a tour of the farm and visit their retail store. Cedar Creek was founded in November, 2017 and is a family-owned farm specializing in Santa Gertrudis cattle. Cattle are raised and finished on the farm. Cedar Creek beef is grass fed, grain finished using feed from local suppliers, and dry aged for 15 days. It is produced with no hormones or antibiotics. Their goal is to provide a premium, better tasting beef for their customers.
